Learn the framework. Close the gap yourself.
The Implementation Formula is not just how Beyond Impact works. It is a transferable framework — one that programme managers, policy advisors, NGO leads, and government officials across the Caribbean can apply to their own work.
That is why I turned it into a course.
Built from 16 years inside government and donor-funded nature programmes, The Implementation Formula course gives you the tools to design, manage, and deliver environmental programmes that actually hold up after the funding ends.
This course is for you if you are:
- ·A programme or project manager working in nature, environment, or governance in the Caribbean
- ·A policy advisor trying to close the gap between strategy and implementation
- ·An NGO lead managing donor relationships and delivery pressure at the same time
- ·A government official responsible for turning international frameworks into action on the ground
- ·A consultant building your practice in nature governance or environmental management
The course covers the five components of The Implementation Formula in depth:
How to build government capacity and deliver results simultaneously, without sacrificing one for the other.
How to structure funding across multiple sources so your programme survives when one donor exits.
How to keep the right people informed and invested through government transitions, leadership changes, and shifting priorities.
How to document decisions and progress so your programme can be defended, continued, and handed over — even after you leave.
How to design monitoring frameworks that track outcomes, satisfy funders, and tell the story of what actually changed.
The course is delivered in three tiers depending on your needs and your organisation's context:
A one to two day facilitated session for teams or organisations. Covers all five components with applied exercises drawn from Dutch Caribbean programme contexts.
A structured learning pathway over four to six weeks. Combines workshop sessions with coaching, peer review, and applied assignments using your own programme as the case study.
Full accompaniment through a real programme cycle. The formula applied to your work, with Beyond Impact alongside throughout design, stakeholder alignment, and delivery.
The Implementation Formula course launches in 2027. The first edition closes Q1 2028.
